How to Use USPayserv to Check Pay Stub?

Using the platform of USPayserv to check your pay stub is very easy. Also, you would be surprised to know that there are four different ways to check the pay stub. For your convenience, we have provided you with a step-by-step guide for each one of them. Take a look.

1. Using USPayserv Website

1. It is very easy to check your pay stub using the website. Here are the steps:

3. Sign In using your credentials.
4. You will see a list of pay stubs sent to you. Click on the pay stub you want to view in detail.

That’s all you needed to do. You now know how easy it is to use this platform. But what if you have no internet connection? That’s when you use the IVR feature.

2. Using USPayserv IVR on Smartphone

If you have a weak internet connection and cannot log in to the system, you can use an Interactive Voice Response system integrated with the USPayserv. Here is how you use it:

1. Dial 1-800-547-2806 using your phone.
2. Listen to the instructions. Based on the current instructions, you need to press 1.
3. Now, enter your username using the touchpad on your phone.
4. After a valid username, you would be required to enter your PIN.
5. Finally, enter the employer code associated with your employer.

That’s all. As soon as the credentials are verified, you will see the details of your latest pay stub will be presented on your screen. But if you want to keep the details saved for future reference, then you may also use the text message feature for the same.

3. Using USPayserv Text Message Feature

You must note that to use this feature, you need to have an internet connection. The steps to get the pay stub by text message are:

1. Login using the steps mentioned above.
2. Click on the Preferences menu. It is a hamburger icon on the left side of the window.
3. Agree to the terms and conditions, when prompted.
4. Enter the number where you want to receive the text message. By default, the box reads Paystub by text message.
5. Now, click on the Save option.

You will shortly receive a concise version of your pay stub via text message. But if you want it to be available in detail, you will need to use the Email facility.

4. Using USPayserv Email Facility

The steps to get the pay stub on email are nearly the same as the ones for the text message. You can see for yourself.

1. Login using the steps mentioned above.
2. Click on the Preferences menu. It’s a hamburger icon on the left side.
3. Agree to the terms and conditions, when you are prompted.
4. Enter the email address where you want to receive the pay stub. By default, the box reads Paystub by email.
5. Now, click on the Save option.

You will shortly receive your pay stub via email. It will be from a verified email address, with the domain name of your employer.

How to Recover PIN on USPayserv?

You might forget the PIN for login. Does that put you at a dead end? No, it does not. Here is what you need to do to recover your PIN on USPayserv.

1. Open the USPayserv website. You may click here to go to the login page.
2. On the login window, click on Forgot PIN.
3. A new window will open up. Now, you need to enter your details.
4. The default PIN is sent to you when you are registered by your employer.
5. Click on Save.

Once the employer verifies the details, you will be able to log in again using the default PIN. Also, you must remember to change the PIN as soon as you can log in again.

What to do if the USPayserv is Locked?

When you enter an incorrect PIN multiple times, your account is locked. Now there is not much you can do at your end. You will need to contact your employer in this case, who will help you out. It is because of security features that this happens.
